Liberty Fleet of Tall Ships offers 3-day to 6-day all-inclusive cruises aboard the Liberty Clipper, the majestic replica of an 18th century privateer ship. Come experience the romance of traditional sailing on Liberty’s 125-foot schooner, while enjoying modern comforts and amenities. The ship can accommodate 28 passengers, so you can always find a quiet place to yourself on the gorgeous, spacious deck. Enjoy the relaxation and peacefulness of being on the water, or help hoist the sails, learn navigation or join the captain at the helm.
Liberty Fleet offers something for everyone…relaxing cruises meandering around Chesapeake Bay, participation in Schooner Races and Festivals, adventurous Offshore Passages from Baltimore and Charleston down to Ft. Lauderdale, and island-hopping Bahamas vacations. The Windjammer-style cruises are unique because the winds and tide influence the destination of each vacation.
Expect freshly baked bread, fruits, and local cuisine as Liberty Fleet’s chef on board prepares excellent meals daily. All cruises will offer either a Caribbean Lobster Bake or Chesapeake Bay Crab Boil. Once anchored in a secluded cove, deserted island or outside of a small town, feel free to explore the area by paddling Liberty Fleet’s kayaks or sailing its custom Catspaw dingy. Reservation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your berth on the sail. The balance is due and payable 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel for any reason with a 60 day notice prior to departure, your entire fare will be refunded less a 10% booking fee based upon the entire cost of the cruise. Reservations are non-cancelable and non-refundable within 60 days of the sailing date.
